Monday – Shrimp and Chorizo Spicy Fettuccini – loosely based on this recipe. I will be using less chorizo and adding a little parmesan and pasta water to make it saucier.

Wednesday – Chicken Milanese with Tomato and Fennel
Thursday – Honey Beer Braised Ribs with Grilled Corn Salad
Friday – Dijon Brown Sugar Marinated Steak with Spinach and Apple Salad
