Weekly Menu 5/20–5/24

It is time to get back into a bathing suit.  Ugh!  So for the next few weeks it will be low carb.  I will be gone on Monday so the kiddos are carbing it up!  After that, not so much.

Monday – Spaghetti with Marinara

Tuesday – BLT (the classic bacon, lettuce and tomato on toasted bread with mayo)

Wednesday – Grilled Fish with Honey Lemon Quinoa

Thursday – BBQ Chicken and Summer Salad

Friday – Steak and Field Green Salad
