Monday – Turkey Apple Meatballs over egg noodles – yummy and sweet! Perfect for the kiddos!
Tuesday – Roasted Chicken Wings – a healthier version of the bar food.
Wednesday – Healthy Mac and Cheese (add pureed cauliflower!) – saw this one on Food Network’s “Not My Mama’s Meals” and I will try to recreate it.
Thursday – Beef and Blue Cheese Salad – quick and light because Thursdays are baseball nights!
Friday – Beer Battered Fish n Chips
