Wow, it feels good to be back! We are getting settled in at Chateau Charmant and it feels like home!!! I am getting back in the kitchen and doing some real cooking. I have all of my kitchen gadgets and utensils back. It feels so wonderful!
Monday – Herb Crusted Sirloin with mashed potatoes and grilled asparagus
Tuesday – Italian Meatballs with Marinara Sauce
Wednesday – Tacos! (It is the princess’s birthday and tacos are her favorite.)
Thursday – Breaded Pork Chops with Haricot Vert
Friday – Salmon Cakes
